Update/install Process: The software update and/or installation MUST BE EXECUTED BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN FOR THE SOFTWARE.
Limitation of Liability: SOLUTION PAL INC. ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY for any conflict, fault, or damage affecting the unit or your PC caused by any other update and/or installation attempt not following the process given by Solution Pal Inc., and Solution Pal Inc.'s warranty shall not cover such damages arising from any improper use and attempt of the software.
